I am so fortunate to have found Jessica. I am an endurance runner who approached her with goals to lose weight and to fuel properly for training. She helped me understand day-to-day nutrition in addition to nutrition strategies for hard training days and races. She helped me shift my mindset about food- from weight on the scale to fueling for performance, and the rest will fall into place, which she has been right about.
