A registered dietitian with a passion for sports nutrition and helping athletes fuel for performance
Welcome to Dietitian Moves! I am a Dietitian, runner, and gravel cyclist. I have an endless passion for helping endurance athletes smash goals by showing how food and nutrition enhance performance.
I have my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Oklahoma State University and Master of Science in Dietetics with a minor in Health from Sam Houston State University. In addition, I have over a decade of experience working as a Dietitian and Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.
I have two boys with my husband of 15 years. We run, bike, hike, and do whatever we can to keep moving as a family in our spare time. Last year, I completed my first full marathon and first 100-mile gravel cycling race!
